Site Account is an account that your visitors can sign up for through your website, and then take advantage of the great services like Email Alert, Save Properties, Newsletter and more.
 
Email Alert will allow your Site Account users, to save their search criteria and whenever a house comes on the market that matches that criteria, an email will be sent to them with the details of the properties. The email is completely branded to your company. So when your visitor clicks on the link in the email to view more information, they will be taken to the listing page on your websites.
 
Save A Property will all your Site Account users to save selected properties to their account and when that listing is modified in any way, an email will be sent to the customer alerting them of the modification.
 
Newsletter is a service where your Site Account users can sign up and receive a periodic email that you have designed, alerting them of industry news, special deals, tips and other information. This email is not automatic. You send the email whenever you want.
 
 Unsubscribe From Services allows your Site Account users to unsubscribe from any of the services that they have signed up for. All emails that your users receive have a link to unsubscribe which is required by law.
